Dana Dryg has been
social dancing for nearly twenty years and teaching, off and on,
for almost ten. She started by attending ballroom dance parties
that were open to the public, then was asked to join a Latin
dance club by the man who choreographed
the 80's movie, 'Salsa.' Dana is now happy to share her passion for and knowledge of the Salsa, and a variety of other social dances, through Community Education. For her, teaching dance is a very rewarding experience. She enjoys seeing people smiling and having fun while moving to the music. Her strengths as an instructor are encouraging people to have fun and accommodating all learning styles. During the day Dana enjoys her new career in graphic design. In her leisure time she and her husband love to experience hiking trails, ocean views, local festivals...all the great things that Bellingham has to offer. |
