Katti Esp has
taught 'Taking the Fear Out of Wills and Estate Planning' for
Community Education since Fall 2000. She brings practical
experience to estate planning and probate issues. Katti has
practiced law in Bellingham since 1996, focusing her practice on
designing and implementing individualized estate plans and
assisting clients with the probate process. Her practice is
limited to estate planning, probate, trust administration and
Medicaid planning. Katti received her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law, where she was an editor of the Florida Tax Review. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law, and is a graduate of Western Washington University. She is a member of the California and Washington State Bar Associations, and a member and past president of the Northwest Washington Estate Planning Council. Katti enjoys karate and spending time with her husband working on their many varied projects, from designing and supervising the remodel of their downtown office building to overhauling their retired tug boat. |
