Mike Greene’s passion
is to work with business owners who really want their businesses
to meet their long-term financial goals. His greatest strength
is finding the root causes of hidden problems and implementing
strategic improvements to permanently increase cash
profitability. He particularly enjoys working with owners to
implement Lean Management strategies. Experience has taught Mike
the challenges of starting and operating small businesses. He
has owned five micro-businesses, including magazine publisher. So
his teaching style is customized to explore the student’s own
business problems. Having traveled extensively overseas, Mike
naturally thinks globally, and encourages marketing abroad. Mike is trained in Lean Manufacturing and has earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Western Washington University and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Central Florida. He is a professional Project Manager and specializes in Change Management. Mike lives in Bellingham with his wife and two
very active children and enjoys sailing in Bellingham Bay. |
