  Ana Jackson was born and raised in Mexico and has shown a love for food and passion for cooking since childhood. She enjoys the challenge of continuing to prepare traditional foods far from home and is proud to be able to share a taste of her culture with other food lovers and cooking enthusiasts.

Ana holds a technical college degree in Hospitality and Gastronomy from CoNalEp in Mexicali, Mexico.

Ana and her husband have three sons: a vivid two-and-a-half year-old (who loves to eat); a smart, six year-old entrepreneur; and a 16 year-old foodie, who likes to cook and bake, and share it with others.
