well. He spent 14 years in the restaurant industry and now sells
wines to restaurants and retailers in Skagit County. His in-depth
knowledge and passion for food, wine, and the dining experience
makes him a thought-provoking, dynamic instructor. Brent has spent 14 years in the service industry plus 6 years in the wine industry. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theater. |
