Community Education’s Stepping Up to Manager program is designed to bring you quickly up-to-speed with the essential skills, tips, and techniques needed to succeed as a new manager and lead your team with confidence and effectiveness. What’s In It for You? We help you learn your job—while doing your job—without wasting valuable time on trial and error. Our team of instructors ensures that each module is presented by a subject area expert with many years of experience in the field. (See below for "About Our Instructors.") Repeating, stand-alone modules allow you to jump in as your schedule permits for maximum flexibility. No extended absences from work are required. The modular design allows space between courses in order to better absorb the material and put it into practice. Each course features built-in peer coaching, so you can compare experiences and learn from others. Our reasonably priced program is the local alternative to expensive out-of-town training.
