Mark
Warren, President of Mark Warren Associates, has over 20 years of
experience as a professional consultant, trainer and career specialist.
He offers management consulting and training, individual career
transition counseling, professional career assessment, executive
recruiting services, and outplace-ment services. Mark has consulted with
over 10,000 individual and corporate clients and is widely sought after
as a consultant, speaker, and trainer.
Cate
Albright
Module 3
Cate
Albright has 20 years of experience in business and finance. She has
worked as a consultant with Ernst & Young’s strategic planning services
and as vice president of a regional healthcare system. She has been a
business owner of a retail store and a consulting firm. Most recently,
she worked at the Small Business Development Center in Bellingham,
counseling clients about business plans and start-up opportunities.
Janet
Ott
Modules 4, 5
Janet
Ott, of Janet Ott and Associates, began her career in the Army as a
registered nurse and later transitioned into psychotherapy and then into
coaching and consulting. She worked for 12 years with a national
leadership training institute and held full-time faculty positions for
two years at the University of Washington and Bellevue Community
College. In addition to her coaching and training business, she is the
facilitator/trainer for Excellence Northwest.
Marilyn
Morrissey
Modules 6, 8
Marilyn Morrissey, Human Resource and Organizational Development Manager
for Portionables, Inc. in Bellingham, brings over 30 years experience in
the areas of business, healthcare, and organizational development and
training. She has provided expertise in leadership and team-building
programs, as well as personal growth and development as a Career and
Life Coach. Marilyn has worked with a variety of companies, including
UPS, Starbucks, and Nordstrom.
Andrew
Cline
Module 7
Andrew
Cline, principal member of Cline Consulting LLC, works with individuals
and groups to accomplish organizational, professional, and personal
goals. He is a certified mediator in family, youth, and commercial
disputes and volunteers for the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center and
Skagit County Mediation Services. Andrew also volunteers in the design
and implementation of curriculum for Leadership Skagit and Leadership
Whatcom.
Erin
Schlichting
Module 9
Erin
Schlichting, Certified Public Accountant with Moss Adams LLP, has over
20 years professional experience working with individuals and businesses
to help them understand financial statements, minimize tax, and create
and maintain estate and wealth planning objectives. She holds a Masters
of Taxation from Golden Gate University, post graduate paralegal
certification, and is a member of the AICPA, California Society of CPAs,
and Washington Society of CPAs.
