Taking the Fear Out of Wills and Estate Planning |
| There is no time
like the present to explore and understand the estate planning
process. If you are without a will, concerned about probate,
confused about taxable vs. non-taxable estates and into which
category your estate falls, or have a myriad of other questions,
then this in-depth course is a must. An introduction to wills,
revocable living trusts, community property agreements, durable
powers of attorney, and both taxable and non-taxable estates
will be covered. Also learn about techniques to maximize what
your intended beneficiaries receive. Katti Esp, an attorney with
Wealth Retention Services, and Kevin DeYoung, a CPA with Larson
Gross, will discuss the legal and accounting ramifications of
estate planning documents and they encourage you to bring your
questions. Students will not leave this course with an actual
will but will gain a foundation of knowledge for the will and
estate planning process. Course fee includes spouse/partner. |
