high-strumming Thursday evenings as you practice beginning
guitar chords and learn to play some popular songs. Instructor
Tom Hodge is a Bellingham singer/songwriter who loves teaching
beginners. He creates a safe and fun learning environment for
aspiring guitar students. Register with a friend for twice the
fun! Class is for ages 13 and older. Bring an acoustic guitar to
class.

singer/songwriter Tom Hodge and discover new ways to expand your
guitar playing style. If you already know basic chords and enjoy
playing and singing, take your skills to the next level--beyond
strumming. Using simple finger-picking patterns, you will learn
to create grace and power behind the tunes you already know,
while adding new songs to your collection! Bring an acoustic

Everyone can
learn to play the ukulele and that includes you! An easy
instrument to master, the music that comes out of this
reasonably priced little powerhouse brings smiles and
foot-tapping to audiences anytime and anywhere! Spend five
evenings with Whatcom County's most exuberant "uke" player, Tom
Hodge, as he gets you started. By course's end, you will be
playing some of your favorite tunes with confidence. Bring your
ukulele to class.
