Getting Started with Microsoft Office 2003

Join instructor Pat Hawley for an introduction to the most commonly used programs in the Office 2003 suite--Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We will cover adding clip art, creating WordArt, and editing and formatting documents in Word; creating hyperlinks; creating simple budgets and "phonebooks" with Excel; creating labels using Mail Merge; and creating slideshows with PowerPoint.

Excel 2007--Introduction

Join us for this introductory class to learn the basics of Microsoft Excel 2007. Class will cover formatting, editing and modifying your spreadsheets, plus using the Ribbon Bar and other new features of Excel 2007. By course's end, you will be able to design and develop functional spreadsheets using expressions, formulas, and functions. Textbook, included in the course fee, will be provided at the first session.

Excel 2007--Level 3

Enhance the design of your spreadsheets with many of Excel's advanced features! Course covers automating repetitive tasks with macros, formatting controlled by conditions, validating your data, collaborating with others through workbook sharing, revision tracking, what-if analysis, worksheet auditing and merging workbooks. We will also take an extensive look at using multiple workbooks, importing and exporting data, consolidating data, and using Excel with the Web. Students are encouraged to bring questions about any other topic in Excel. Textbook, included in course fee, will be provided at first session.
