Many of us will one day find ourselves
in the position of needing care for our self or a loved one.
Luckily, our community has more resources than ever before. This
valuable workshop demystifies the maze of services and options,
enabling you to find the best match for you or your family
member. Learn about alternative living situations,
transportation, nutritional and medical services, in-home care
including home-health and hospice as well as how to access these
options. Discover costs of each and the role of Medicare,
Medicaid, LTC insurance, and other funding options. Instructor
Debbie Gann has worked in the healthcare field for over twenty
years and is currently director of Home Attendant Care in
Bellingham and Vice Chairperson of the Alzheimer Society of
