Bring native plants into your
landscape and discover how growing native plants is an
economical way to have fun, increase the value of your property,
and reduce the time, money and energy you will spend on
landscape up-keep. Class focuses on plants native to the west
slope of the Pacific Northwest that are attractive,
multi-faceted, versatile, and attract birds, butterflies, and
many other creatures. Instructor Nick Sky will also share his
top twelve native plant picks. The day concludes with a field
trip to Gardens at Padden Creek and a short guided walk on the
Interurban Trail adjacent to the nursery.
