logging or "blogging" combines the speed and reach of the
internet with easy to use (and often free) software allowing you
to communicate with the world. This hands-on workshop will show
you how to start a family newsletter complete with photos,
maintain an online activities calendar for your club, or create
a place to share your writings with a circle of friends. Class
will also cover searching for blogs that are of interest to you.

Learn how to
maximize your auctions and become a more profitable eBay seller!
This course will focus on techniques that will make your
auctions easier to manage and enhance the look of your product
pages. Become skilled at using eBay's powerful tools for
tracking and managing your eBay buying, selling, account
information, preferences, and more. Also learn how to create and
use templates, add basic HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language)
features to your listings to make them unique, and sell your
product and reputation by creating an "About Me" page.
Prerequisite: Selling on eBay–-Introduction. You must be
registered as a "Seller" with eBay at least a few days prior to
class; bring your eBay User ID and password to class.

Before the Crash: Backing Up Your Computer |

viruses, malicious emails, faulty software or failing
hardware... eventually something will cause your computer to
crash. When that happens, it is essential to have backups for
all of your important files and images. This hands-on/lecture
class will explore different ways to back up your data, discuss
backup schedules, and show you where to find the important data
on your computer. Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to
protect your data! Class is designed for students who have taken
our introductory level Windows classes or have equivalent

You most likely
use Google, but are you harnessing all of its searching power?
Do you know that Google has much more to offer than just
searching? This class will take your Google skills to new
heights! Learn to limit and define your searches to pinpoint the
information you need when shopping or searching for news,
images, books, videos, and more. Explore other Google products,
such as Google Earth, Picasa, and Google Calendar, to name just
a few. Basic internet experience required.
